whattup y'all - hope you had a happy Thanksgiving, or as a good friend of mine likes to call it happy 'Nice Place You Got Here, We'll Take It' Day
i got home to the crib in PA at 11 on wednesday night, said whatup to ma dukes, and ate myself silly until i passed out. mom cooked bistek one of my favorite filipino dishes she makes - crazy how she read my mind somehow, because on the train i was hoping there would be food already there night before thanksgiving, and i was definitely wishing that it would be that magical bomb ass bistek. sure enough it was. it's crazy how mom's have a knack for that kind of stuff. i'm such a mama's boy man. needless to say i beasted on it non-stop watching insane amounts of TV.
thanksgiving day was much of the same - eagles clobbered the cardinals! (thank God - andy reid don't think you're off the hook just yet cheesesteak destroyer. probably just coached correctly for once so he could rush home and eat more in good spirits.) ate like 8 plates of food over the course of the day/night, passed out again for 3-4 more hrs, and woke up to work on a new joint with B, featuring our boy CAUSE, an up-and-coming unsigned beast on the track from the Boogie Down Bronx, NY.
